Refund policy

At SPD, we are committed to maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Products are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags intact.

  • A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Innerwear, accessories, and customized or made-to-order products

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper care


3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify SPD within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photographic evidence must be provided for verification.

Once approved, SPD will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.


4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

  • Delivery charges may apply unless the error occurred from SPD’s side.


5. Refund Policy

  • Cash, card, or bank refunds are not provided.

  • Approved returns will be processed as store credit or exchange only.

  • Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by SPD.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service.

  • SPD is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


7. Policy Rights

SPD reserves the right to inspect returned items and approve or reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.
